Paving Support Pads

Roof gardens, leisure areas, walkway and pedestrian areas can now benefit from the use of paving pad supports which allow for quick and easy installation and free draining of paved areas. The supports can be adjusted from 12mm to 550mm and are highly resistant to ultra-violet light deterioration, water absorption and adverse atmospheric conditions.

Stackable Support Pads

Manufactured using high density polypropylene. They are available in sizes, 12mm and 15mm high. Designed to be stackable, where there is a need to increase the height of the slab they bare lightweight and tough, with a weight tolerance of 400kg per support pad.

Adjustable Support Pads

With a stem pieces that can be wound up or down to create level paving to reduce installation times and reduce costs. With a suspended system, promenade slabs can be lifted for inspection and the adjustable height allows unsightly objects such as cables, water pipes etc. to be hidden.

Edge Details

When using Promenade Slabs a decision will have to be made as to how you will lay the slabs at edges. Where an up stand edge exists it is possible to slab all the way to the edge with cut slabs or avoid cutting any slabs and fill in the gaps with pebbles or similar. EasyLead R is aluminium based, high performance, low cost flashing. It is used as a replacement of traditional lead in flat and pitched roof applications. EasyLead R is made of sheet aluminium with a protective anti-corrosion coating and a high performance butyl adhesive on the underside.
EasyLead R does not require any special tools for installation. It can be cut with a knife or scissors.

EasyLead R has a unique corrugated pattern so it is easy to form and to adapt to various surfaces;
this malleability ensures the permanent water tightness of the product and an attractive appearance every time.
EasyLead R provides a permanent bond to brickwork, roof tiles and most popular construction materials.

Perform Lead Alternative

Perform consists of aluminium mesh, embedded in polymer rubber and is environmentally sound and UV resistant. The material offers the same functionality of lead with excellent stretching properties and provides a ‘breathable’ covering which prevents the formation of condensation.
Much lighter than lead and non-toxic, Perform meets all the demands of today’s health and safety regulations with NO SCRAP VALUE.
In order to match various different coloured tiles or slates, four different colours; grey, terracotta and black are available from stock with brown to special order.

Lead-free waterproof flashing
Ubbiflex is a waterproof flashing material which can be used as an alternative to lead in all applications where lead would normally be installed. Available in Grey or Black is 3 mm thick and in 6 or 12 metres long rolls and standard widths.
