Liquid Rubber is environmentally friendly, UV resistant, Ozone friendly, stable, non toxic, odourless, non-flammable, solvent free cold applied, solvent free waterproofing liquid that provides unrivalled performance over other roof membrane systems for waterproofing roofs of all kinds. With elasticity of over 1,100 % and memory of 95%, a high puncture and movement resistance its’ unique seamless and fully bonded system provides complete encapsulation of asbestos and eliminates rust progression. Requiring no primers or fleeces it is brush, trowel, roller or spray application to provide a monolithic (seamless) membrane for horizontal or vertical surfaces to provide total protection of metal, wood, concrete and composite surface on new build or refurbishment with application up to 5 times faster when compared with some other systems saving both time and money.

Specially formulated for brush & roller applied, eliminating the need for stripping old material requiring no primers or fleeces and it is up to 5 times faster to apply versus some other systems. Environmentally, friendly, non-toxic, odourless waterproof surface which requires minimal preparation and eliminates the use of liquids containing VOC (Volatile Compound. 
Trowel Grade can be used to repair holes and large cracks in the existing roof surface and upstands. specially formulated to provide a water tight seal around building fixtures, pipes, roof penetrations and that fully cures in 24 hours, when applied to appropriate thickness. 
Grey Top Coat’ is an optional extra applied onto the cured liquid rubber waterproofing membrane using a brush, roller or airless spray at an application rate of approx. 4-5 sq.mt. per litre. Also available is our yellow ‘Anti Slip’ coating to form designated walkways. 
Liquid Rubber Flood Coat’ is intended to improve the adhesion of the main waterproofing membrane when applied to existing asphalt, built-up felt, fibre cement sheets and semi-porous surfaces such as masonry and concrete screed. Applied by brush or roller with an average coverage rate of 5 sq.mt. per litre. 
Geo-Textile reinforcing tape’ is used to reinforce the main waterproofing membrane when applied to up stands and detailing work around services, parapets, outlets, etc. and the interface between different surface coatings. 
Gutter Tape is a simple to use solution for waterproofing awkward gutter areas that is quick and effective, needs no heat, easily moulded to shapes and provides an immediate waterproof seal to all gutter and valley problems tight and is compatible with the liquid rubber products. 
High performance waterproof membrane provides a fully bonded, seamless, one coat system which can be applied in wet conditions including rain and temperatures as low as O°C. Cold applied using brush or squeegee, providing an instantly waterproof surface without the need for priming or removing any existing surfaces.
